Meet the Flock.

We are currently raising 3 separate flocks of pullets of varying ages whom we plan to integrate together once our infrastructure is complete (so exciting!!!). Our oldest flock of pullets is officially living on the farm in our Hoop Coop, which we will use for our first batch of meat birds next Spring. Our two younger broods of chicks are currently living in our garage, feathering out and bonding with us. They are well on their way to becoming friendly, hand-fed lap chickens!

I can already spot a few roosters in our brood, and they are as friendly as can be.

Our adult flock of 6 hens will stay with us in our backyard, as we have grown quite attached to them!
