We keep a bachelor pad of roosters with good temperament and genetics separate from our laying hens to ensure all of our birds remain happy and healthy. Roosters will fight for dominance and over-mate the hens if all birds are kept together. If you need a rooster for protection or breeding, we are happy to rehome.
