Our sourdough is made with filtered water, organic unbleached glyphosate-free flour, and Redmond's real salt. That's it! Like everything else from our kitchen, our sourdough is made with nutritious, whole food ingredients and prepared with nontoxic supplies. Each loaf of our sourdough is made over 2-3 days with our robust, healthy, and flavorful starter.
